This Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is the ultimate no-bake dessert that your family will beg for again and again! Ingredients
24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches, unwrapped
2 (8 oz) containers whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
1 (12 oz) jar hot fudge topping, warmed
1 (12 oz) jar caramel topping
1/4 cup chopped pecans (or to taste)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base Layer
In a 9×13-inch dish, arrange a single layer of ice cream sandwiches to cover the bottom.
Step 2: Add the First Layer of Toppings
Spread a layer of whipped topping over the sandwiches.
Drizzle with warm hot fudge and caramel sauce.
Step 3: Repeat the Layers
Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Top with more whipped topping, hot fudge, and caramel, finishing with a final layer of whipped topping on top.
Step 4: Finish and Freeze
Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
Step 5: Serve
Slice and serve straight from the freezer. Add extra fudge, caramel, or whipped cream if desired!
